A COMPLAINT TODAY; AN APOLOGY LETTER YDAY.
i just wish to pass these last two weeks peacefully, prettay please. some customers should just fuck & die! i hate to apologize se-ri-ous-ly, when its not even my fault. SORRY has lost its meaning esp when i'm always saying SORRY 132146235137 times per day. like WHAT THE HELL. i dont meant it when i say SORRY cus i'm not SORRY AT ALL.
i'm immune to customers' scoldings & threatenings; this cant be happening.
yeah, its friday again :)
