some customers are just out to piss me off, testing my patience and giving me this i'm-a-platinum-cardholder-and-i'm-rich attitude. sickening please. i'll send a bomb to their house & start prank calling them in the middle of the night, dont forget, i've all information. HAHAHA. few of them nearly made me cry(so close to crying) today and yet i've to keep apologizing(*rolling eyes) when i know its not my fault. i hate this. to the hell you customers go!
