and so, its back to hell. work kills brain cells.
i wanna bomb the entire call centre, cut off all tel lines, smash all computers! scream the 4 letter word to the nasty customers and hang their calls. just one mistake, and to the jail i'll go. i'm slowly picking myself up.
i wished my customers a 'happy birthday' & 'bon voyage' todayyy! i know i shouldnt do that - so unprofessional but i'm so nice please :)
my throat hurts & i'm losing my voice.
