work's great today. no nasty customers, but i had plenty of mistakes. HAHAHA. i hope they wont check my recordings, if not, i'm dead.
ive repeated 'good morning. XXX, this is denise speaking. how may i assist you' for 2236181times. i got so sicked of this line and finally i said 'good morning XXX, this is denise speaking. how may i address you' instead. stupid. hahaha.

and know what, i WON, beautifully please. i dont ve to change my name! hello, HOD are you stalking me? i had my 1/2 hr lunchbreak only ard 2plus, 3pm and i knocked off at 7pm!(unpaid OT) i'm not ranting though, i kinda enjoy what i'm doing now, its too early to say anyw. very challenging and i love talking to ppl, nice ppl.

alright at least i'm appreciated. however i met some weird customers today.

'huh cannot do anything to my charges? what abt buying me a dinner?!'
'can you mail me a returned envelop bcus i wanna save 20cents on stamp'
and of cus i had some alien language speaking customers.
HAHAHAHA.

tmr's yet another day. everything will be fine. hopefully, i wont piss anyone with my stupidity lack of knowledge(i didnt read thru that huge stack of notes) in providing solutions to the customers. and no fraud cases if not, see me in JAIL. ive signed plenty of forms regarding bank secrecy & such. scary isnt it.

tmr's meeting up w siew for dinner. gonna sign up for yoga tgt. yes you heard me right. i'll grow grow grow(not sideways obviously)! and sat's back to sch for on campus session at freaking 9am.
till then, i gonna read & sleep. i'm so into reading. ive finished reading devil wears prada, 5 ppl you meet in heaven(for the 5th time) and now the child called it(rina, i'll die waiting).
